Killing a good team right after they came out of the elevator at Hard Rain 4.
Spitter's spit went inside the lift, and had them boomed. They can't stay , yet can't get out. A charger and a jockey did instant kills pushing them off to the 1st floor back to the cornyard.

Well, I haven't been playing that much but so far I've been "left 4 dead" twice at the finale of Dark Carnival while my teammates manage to escape, yet to complete it. No
